The Valley College of Osteopathic Medicine (proposed) is seeking licensure and accreditation to operate a four-year college of osteopathic medicine in Phoenix, AZ.

The Valley College of Osteopathic Medicine (proposed) has been granted Candidate Status by the Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA). Candidate status does not include any rights or privileges of accreditation. The proposed COM may not recruit students or accept applications or deposits from prospective students.

Opportunity for Public Comment

This will serve as formal notice consistent with the American Osteopathic Association’s Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA Pre-Accreditation Element 12.7 that The Valley College of Osteopathic Medicine (proposed) in Phoenix, AZ intends to seek Pre-Accreditation status through the COCA with an anticipated review date in June 2025.
